Few things make you understand the importance of pampering as much as spending 8 days in the hospital. After having tubes and needles and cameras near, all around and even in you, being able to feel command over your body is so endlessly empowering. Soooooo I am welcoming my soap stone of the week project into my healing process.
I had my first shower in over a week with SP Ocean Salt, and it was like having soapy ocean clouds carry me to happiness. I'm adding Crohn's friendly fluorite into the mix with Hell-Yeah-I-Can-Do-This carnelian. Also lipstick because that is singlehandedly how I still felt like myself this hospitalized week. à mon santé!
